| General |
The audio system consists of the central head unit and several external units, and interacts with other systems in the car.
| Activation |
The audio system is turned on/off by pressing the volume control knob. When switched on, the system starts with the last settings that were active.
The system can be activated irrespective of the position of the ignition switch, even if the key has been removed (+B information goes via the bus).
If the ignition is turned OFF and the key remains in the lock, the audio system will automatically stop one hour after the button was last activated. This applies even if the audio system is turned on when the key is not in the ignition.
| Sound controls |
The head unit has control buttons and a touchscreen for operating the system.
To view the sound setting, select SRC then Sound , or select ADJ then Sound .
To select automatic tone control (ATC), select ATC in the sound settings menu.
