The headlamp/AHL control module and xenon headlamp ignition transformer generate a voltage in excess of 23 000 V. This voltage can be lethal to individuals with a weak heart or pacemaker. Treat this system with great respect and turn off the ignition before working on the system's components.

Unscrew the control module.
|

Unplug the connector and lift up the control module.
|
|
Note
|
|
Check the seal between the headlamp housing and the control module. Change if necessary.

Plug in the control module.
|

2.
|
Fit the control module into the headlamp.
