Remove the bumper. See

Place the bumper on a protected workbench.

| 3. |
Remove the cellular block by releasing the 5 spring catches on the bumper shell. Begin pulling from the edge of the cellular block.

| To fit |
| 1. |
Position the spring catches in the cellular block and press it into the bumper shell.
|
|
| 2. |
Fit the bumper on the bumper member. See
