Conditions
The following conditions apply for this fault symptom:

Noises caused by air leakage can be audible during engine acceleration with a cold engine.

Diagnostic procedure
|

|
Tighten the exhaust manifold bolts against the cylinder head.
Tightening torque: 25 Nm (19 lbf ft)
|

|
If there is still leakage, replace the turbocharger gasket and check that the flanges are whole.
|
|
•
|
Do not
adjust the diaphragm unit if noises are detected.
|
