Manual calibration must be performed if the stepping motor is replaced, removed or if the position of the flaps is changed. Calibration must also be performed when the battery has been disconnected. Perform calibration as follows.

Start the engine.

Press in the AUTO and REC buttons until the message "ACC: CALIBR. STARTED" is shown on the main instrument unit display. Calibration takes approximately 20 seconds.
