Remove the upper engine cover and insulation.

| 2. |
Relieve the load on the engine pad using
83 94 850 Lifting beam
.

|
| 3. |
Remove the nut and bolts holding the bracket in place.
|
|
| 4. |
Remove the engine pad from the body.
|
|
| To fit |
| 1. |
Fit the engine pad to the body.
Tightening torque: 47 Nm (35 lbf ft) 
|
|
| 2. |
Fit the bracket.
Tightening torque, bolts 40 Nm +45° (30 lbf ft +45°) Tightening torque, nut, up to and including Vehicle Identification Number 73514907: 84 Nm (62 lbf ft) Tightening torque, nut, from and including Vehicle Identification Number 73514908: 74 Nm (55 lbf ft) |

Remove the lifting beam.
|
|
| 4. |
Fit the insulation and the upper engine cover.
|
