| Removal |
| 1. |
Remove the upper plastic clip.

| 2. |
Pull out the cover using
82 93 474 Removal tool
, and hold the nozzle in the drawn out position.
|
|
| 3. |
Unhook the cover from the washer nozzle.
|
|
| 4. |
Remove the screws from the wing liner.
|
|
| 5. |
Free the bumper shell by freeing the hook with a screwdriver. Bend the shell forwards and place a support under so that it is not damaged.

| 6. |
Squeeze the washer hose using
30 07 739 Hose pinch-off pliers
.
|
|
| 7. |
Undo the washer hose snap coupling and detach the washer hose.
|
|
| 8. |
Remove the telescopic cylinder.
|
|
| Refitting |
| 1. |
Locate the telescopic cylinder by pushing on the upper edge and secure the cylinder to the bumper shell with the clip.
|
|
| 2. |
Fit the washer hose and remove the pinch-off pliers.
|
|
| 3. |
Position the bumper shell correctly.

Fit the upper plastic clip.
|
|
| 5. |
Fit the wing liner bolts.
|
|
| 6. |
Pull out the washer nozzle and fit the cover.
|
|
