Press out the bearing race with sleeve 87 91 204
using tool 87 92 236
as support.

To fit
| 1. |
Seat the bearing race using a plastic hammer.
|

| 2. |
Press on the new bearing up to the stop using drift 83 90 312.
Sleeve 83 90 114
and
87 91 311 Sleeve, driver shaft bearing
must be used.

| Replacement of bearing bushing for selector rod |
To remove
The seal ring must have been removed first.
| 1. |
Drive out the bearing bushing with drift 87 91 220.
|
|
To fit
| 1. |
New bearing bushing is fitted with drift 87 91 220.
|
|
| Differential bearing race in clutch housing |
To remove
| 1. |
Carefully tap out the bearing race with a hammer and a drift (destructive removal)
|

To fit

Fit (press) in the new bearing race until it stops with drift 83 90 122
and sleeve 87 91 204.

Fit a new seal with drift 87 92 657
