Conditions
The signal from the pressure sensor exceeds 4.75 V or is less than 0.25 V for 0.1 s.The power supply to the pressure sensor exceeds 5.6 V or is less than 4.4 V for 0.06 s.

Diagnostic help
Before conducting fault diagnosis of the pressure sensor, the circuit for the brake light switch must first be checked. See Brake lights .A pressure reading can be taken using the diagnostic tool. The value should be 0 when the pump is at rest and the brake pedal fully released.
