Lock motors, rear doors

The lock motors in the rear doors have integrated electric motors which are connected from pin 6 to the TWICE control module pin 49.

A microswitch is connected to the electric motor through a cam, which regulates the position of the microswitch in the lock motor. The microswitch is connected from pins 2 and 3 to the TWICE control module on pins 20 and 22.

1. When the car is not locked, the microswitch is in position pin 3. When the electric motor is supplied with current from pin 22 on the TWICE control module and the central locking system is locked, the microswitch position is changed by the movement of the electric motor to pin 2.

2. To unlock the car, the electric motor receives current from pin 49 on the TWICE control module and changes the position of the microswitch from pin 2 to pin 3.

3. Before activating TSL, the microswitch is in position pin 2. When the electric motor is supplied with current from pin 20 on the TWICE control module and the central locking system activates TSL, the motor changes the position of the microswitch to pin 3. At the same time, pin 3 on the microswitch is supplied with current from pin 22 on the TWICE control module to ensure that the electric motor reaches its end position.

4. To inactivate TSL, the electric motor is supplied with a current from pin 49 on the TWICE control module and changes the position of the microswitch from pin 3 to pin 2. The electric motor is then supplied with another voltage pulse from pin 49 and changes the position of the microswitch from pin 2 to pin 3.
