The PSM system (Power Seat Memory) is available as an integral part of the electrically adjustable front seat. This provides a memory function for the driver's seat in which 3 different seat settings can be stored and recalled by pressing a memory button.
An electrically adjusted driver's seat with PSM has a control module and a switch with four buttons; 3 memory buttons for programming and one store button to activate the memory.
Electrically adjustable door mirrors
The PMM system (Power Mirror Memory) enables setting the electrically adjustable door mirrors and storing the setting with the PSM function. The setting is stored in the PMM control module. The buses are divided into the Powertrain bus (P-bus) and the Instrument bus (I-bus). Both buses are connected to the main instrument unit (MIU). The buses are electrically isolated from each other.
The P-bus has a data transfer rate ten times higher than that of the I-bus.
All information sent out on a bus by a control module is available to all other control modules connected to the bus. The MIU ensures that the information that is available on one bus is also available on the other.
