Oil Filter Adapter Installation (2.0L Diesel LBS, LBX, and LBY)

1.

Install a new oil filter adapter gasket.
|
|
2.
|
Install the oil filter adapter (1).
|
|
3.
|
Refer to
Fastener Caution
.
Install the oil filter's three adapter bolts (2) and tighten to
50 Nm (37 lb ft)
.

4.
|
Install the engine oil cooler coolant inlet hose (2).
|
|
5.
|
Install the engine oil cooler coolant inlet hose clamps (1).
|
|
6.
|
Install the engine oil cooler coolant outlet hose (3).
|
|
7.
|
Install the engine oil cooler coolant outlet hose clamps (1, 2) and the snap lock (4).
