Oil Pump Suction Pipe and Screen Assembly Replacement

Remove the five crankshaft oil deflector fasteners.
|
|
3.
|
Remove the crankshaft oil deflector.
|
|
4.
|
Remove the five oil pan baffle fasteners.
|
|
5.
|
Remove the oil pan baffle.
|
|
6.
|
Remove both oil suction pipe fasteners.
|
|
7.
|
Remove the oil suction pipe.
|
|
8.
|
Remove the oil suction tube seal from the oil suction tube. Discard the oil suction tube seal.
|
|
9.
|
Remove the engine oil level sensor harness clip.
|
|
10.
|
Remove both engine oil level sensor fasteners.
|
|
11.
|
Remove the engine oil level sensor.
|
|
1.
|
Install the engine oil level sensor.
|
|
2.
|
Install both engine oil level sensor fasteners.
|
|
3.
|
Install the engine oil level sensor harness clip.
|
|
4.
|
Install a NEW sealing to the oil suction pipe. DO NOT reuse the old seal.
|
|
5.
|
Install the oil suction pipe.
|
|
6.
|
Refer to
Fastener Caution
.
Install the oil pump brackets and tighten to
10 Nm (89 lb in)
.

|
7.
|
Install the oil pan baffle.
|
|
8.
|
Install the five oil pan baffle fasteners.
|
|
9.
|
Install the crankshaft oil deflector.
|
|
10.
|
Install the five crankshaft oil deflector fasteners and tighten to
10 Nm (89 lb in)
.
