| Removal Procedure |
| 1. |
Remove the engine coolant heater. Refer to
Engine Coolant Heater Replacement

| 2. |
Remove the 4 heater coolant heater exchanger fasteners (1).
|
|
| 3. |
Solve the heat exchanger housing cover (2).
|
|
| 4. |
Release the enigne coolant inlet and outlet pipe (3).
|
|
| 5. |
Remove the old gasket (4).
|
|
| Installation Procedure |
| 1. |
Install the NEW gasket (1). 
|

Install the enigne coolant inlet and outlet pipe (2).
|
|
| 3. |
Install the heat exchanger housing cover (3).
|
|
| 4. |
Install the 4 heater coolant heater exchanger fasteners (4).
|
|
| 5. |
Install the engine coolant heater. Refer to
Engine Coolant Heater Replacement
