The parking heater is equipped with an on-board diagnostic feature capable of displaying DTCs using the radio remote control display. If an error occurs in the parking heater system during operation, once the remote control has been activated these are shown with Err.
Diagnostic Trouble Code Displaying

Activate the parking heater with the radio remote control, confirm operating time.

Press briefly arrow key right and arrow key left at the radio remote control simultaneously. The display shows: AF:00. With the arrow key right and arrow key left you can switch between the F1-F5 fault memory.

Press briefly arrow key right and arrow key left at the radio remote control simultaneously. The display shows: AF:00. With the arrow key right and arrow key left you can switch between the F1-F5 fault memory.

Press briefly arrow key right and arrow key left at the radio remote control simultaneously again. The display shows: dEL, confirm with OK.
