1.

Note
|
|
Two mechanics are required
|
Install the
EN 6347
brace (1) and the
EN956-1
brace holder (2) in the exhaust camshaft sprocket.
|
|
2.
|
Loosen the locking bolts (3) from the
EN 6347
brace
|
Note
|
|
The grooves of
EN 6347
brace must locate in the camshaft sprocket. Check for correct seating
|
|
|
3.
|
Tighten the 2 locking bolts (3).
|
|
4.
|
Loosen the exhaust camshaft sprocket bolt (4) while holding the sprocket with the
EN 6347
brace.
|
|
5.
|
Repeat the same procedure at the intake camshaft sprocket for removal.
|
|
6.
|
Remove the 2 camshaft sprocket bolts (1) and the 2 camshaft sprocket washer (2).
|
|
7.
|
Remove the 2 camshaft sprockets (3).
|
