Engine Oil Cooler Housing Installation (1.6L LLU)

1.

Clean the engine oil cooler housing to engine block sealing surfaces.
|
|
3.
|
Install the engine oil cooler inlet pipe (3).
|
|
4.
|
Refer to
Fastener Caution
.
Install the engine oil cooler housing (1) and the 5 engine oil cooler housing bolts (2) and tighten to
25 Nm (19 lb ft)
.

5.
|
Install the thermostat housing coolant pipe (2) to the engine oil cooler housing.
|
|
6.
|
Fit the 2 bolts (1) for the thermostat housing coolant pipe and tighten to
8 Nm (71 lb in)
.
