Intake Manifold Assemble (1.6L LLU)

Install the charger air bypass regulator solenoid valve bracket (2) to the intake manifold (3).
|
|
2.
|
Refer to
Fastener Caution
.
Install the charge air bypass regulator solenoid valve bracket bolts (1) and tighten to
8 Nm (71 lb in)
.

|
3.
|
Install the fuel injection rail (3) to the intake manifold (1).
|
|
4.
|
Install the 2 bolts (2) for the injector and tighten to
8 Nm (71 lb in)
.
|
|
5.
|
Connect the evaporative emission pipe (1) to the evaporative emission pipe bracket (2) and the intake manifold (3).
