Turbocharger Air Inlet Adapter Installation

1.

Install a NEW gasket.
|
|
2.
|
Refer to
Fastener Caution
.
Fit and tighten the 2 turbocharger air inlet bolts (6) and
8 Nm (71 lb in)
.

|
3.
|
Position the turbocharger air inlet adapter (1).
|
|
4.
|
Install the turbocharger wastegate regulator solenoid valve hose (5) to the turbocharger (4) and install the clamp.
|
|
5.
|
Install the turbocharger wastegate actuator hose (2) to the turbocharger wastegate actuator (3) and the clamp.
|
|
6.
|
Install the charge air bypass valve pipe (1) to the charge air bypass valve (2) and install the clamp (3).
