base frame (1) to the hydraulic lift. The distance (A) has to be
40 mm (1.6 in)

Install the

CH-904base frame
(2).
|
|
| 3. |
Install the
CH-49290-4
right pin bracket (1) with
CH-49290-6
pin (3) to the
CH-49290
mounting engine/transmission.

|
| 4. |
Install the
CH-49290-5
left pin bracket (2) with
CH-49290-6
pin (3) to the
CH-49290
mounting engine/transmission.

Vehicles with AWD: Install the
CH-49290-17
supporting stand (1) to the
CH-49290
mounting engine/transmission. Lower the
CH-49290-17
supporting stand.

Vehicles with FWD: Install the
CH-49290-15
adapter plate (1) to the
CH-49290
mounting engine/transmission. Position "X" of the
CH-49290-15
adapter plate to "20" of the
CH-49290
mounting engine/transmission.

Vehicles with FWD: Install the
CH-49290-16
supporting stand (2) to "24" of the
CH-49290-15
adapter plate. Lower the
CH-49290-16
supporting stand.

Install the

adapter plate (1) to the

mounting engine/transmission. Position "Q" of the
CH-49290-12
adapter plate to "13" of the
CH-49290
mounting engine/transmission.

Install the

supporting stand (2) to
CH-49290-12
adapter plate. Position "U" of the
CH-49290-14
supporting stand to "16" of the
CH-49290-12
adapter plate. Lower the
CH-49290-14
supporting stand.

Raise and support the vehicle. Refer to
Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle
.

Raise the hydraulic lift with CH-49290 mounting engine/transmission.

Install both

pin (2) into the front suspension frame (1).

Install the

front mounting bracket right (1) with
CH-49290-7
adapter plate (2) to
CH-49290
mounting engine/transmission and the front suspension frame. Position "G" of the
CH-49290-8
front mounting bracket right to "03" and "04" of the
CH-49290
mounting engine/transmission. Tighten the fasteners.

Install the

front mounting bracket left (1) with
CH-49290-7
adapter plate (2) to
CH-49290
mounting engine/transmission and the front suspension frame. Position "H" of the
CH-49290-9
front mounting bracket left to "05" and "06" of the
CH-49290
mounting engine/transmission. Tighten the fasteners.

Install the

rear mounting bracket right (1) to

mounting engine/transmission and the front suspension frame. Position "K" of the

rear mounting bracket right to "07" and "08" of the
CH-49290
mounting engine/transmission. Tighten the fasteners.

mounting engine/transmission and the front suspension frame. Position "N" of the

rear mounting bracket left to "10" and "11" of the

mounting engine/transmission. Tighten the fasteners.

supporting stand (1) to the transmission rear mount (2).

Install the

supporting stand (1) to

mounting engine/transmission to support the engine oil pan.

Lower and remove the
CH-904
base frame with the hydraulic lift from the
CH-49290
mounting engine/transmission.

base frame with the hydraulic lift to the

supporting stand (1) from the transmission rear mount (2).

Vehicles with AWD: Remove the

supporting stand (1) from the transfer case (2).
|
|
| 5. |
Remove the

supporting stand (2) from the transmission front mount (1).
|
|
| 6. |
Remove the

rear mounting bracket left (1).
|
|
| 7. |
Remove the
CH-49290-10
rear mounting bracket right (1).
|
|

Remove the
CH-49290-9
front mounting bracket left (1) with
CH-49290-7
adapter plate (2).

|

Remove the
CH-49290-8
front mounting bracket right (1) with
CH-49290-7
adapter plate (2).

Lower the hydraulic lift with
CH-49290
mounting engine/transmission.

Remove the

mounting engine/transmission (1) from the

base frame (2).
