Preliminary Procedure

Drain the cooling system. Refer to Cooling System Draining and Filling (LAU/A28NER) Cooling System Draining and Filling (LBS/A20DTH) Cooling System Draining and Filling (LHU/A20NFT) .

Coolant Hose (Qty: 2)

Procedure

Detach the two surge tank coolant hoses

Surge Tank Bracket Clip (Qty: 2)

Radiator Surge Tank


Procedure

1. After installation, fill the coolant reservoir to the fill level. Refer to Cooling System Draining and Filling (LAU/A28NER) Cooling System Draining and Filling (LBS/A20DTH) Cooling System Draining and Filling (LHU/A20NFT) .

2. Inspect cooling system for leaks.
