Replacement of windscreen wiper
assembly

1.

To remove the wiper arms,
prise off the protective cap at the base,
using a screwdriver, undo the nut and lift off the arm.

|
2.
|
Disconnect the washer hose for the bonnet from the protective cover
over the space between the bulkhead partitions.
|
|
3.
|
Remove the rubber sealing strip from the partition.
|
|
4.
|
Remove the clip for the protective cover over the space between the
bulkhead partitions.
|
|
5.
|
Raise the cover slightly and disconnect the washer hose from the
underside and lift the cover away.
|
|
6.
|
Remove the connector from the bracket and unplug it.
|
|
7.
|
Remove the cover for the spindle guides and remove the three bolts
securing the mechanism. Lift out the entire windscreen wiper unit.
Lift out the entire windscreen wiper unit.
|
|
8.
|
Remove the linkages from bracket and motor and undo the three bolts
securing the motor to the bracket.
|
Fit in reverse order.
