Liftgate Side Upper Finish Molding
Procedure
|
1.
|
Using a trim-type release tool, release the four plastic retailers from the rear liftgate.
|
|
2.
|
Lift the side upper finish molding from the liftgate and release the adhesive tape.
|
|
3.
|
Clean the adhesive tape with a plastic flat-bladed tool and the residue from the liftgate using a 50/50 mixture by volume of clean drinkable water and isopropyl alcohol.
|
|
4.
|
Dry the liftgate area thoroughly where the new liftgate side upper finish molding will attach.
|
