| To remove |
| 1. |
Move the selector lever to position P and remove the key.

| 2. |
Loosen the selector lever housing by such an amount that it can be turned to one side, see

| 3. |
Unplug the wiring connector.
|
|
| 4. |
Remove the ignition switch connector.
|
|
| 5. |
Remove the ignition switch.

The screws must be heated with a hot-air gun.
| To fit |
| 1. |
Fit the ignition switch with (10) 74 96 268 on the screws.
|
|
| 2. |
Fit the ignition switch contacts with (10) 74 96 268 on the screws.
|
|
| 3. |
Plug in the electrical connector.
|
|
| 4. |
Refit the selector lever housing, see
.
|
|
| 5. |
Check the parking lock clearance, see
.
